We have built our business around being a one stop shop when it comes to property investment. We have personal experience buying in the Sunshine Coast and knowledge of the challenge of being interstate and overseas buyers.  We understand the complexities involved and how time consuming it can be finding a property, let alone a property that will be a high performing investment and a strong investment in the future.

An initial fee is charged to source, inspect and shortlist potential properties - until we've found the one that you want to purchase.

Our initial fee is $1400.

Our fee at completion of settlement is 1.9%

Our professional listing set-up including photography, copywriting and listing set-up online is $299.

Our co-hosting fee is 19%
