The first step to take is an initial phone call or face to face consult so we can discuss your individual goals, we then fully assess where your property sits for optimum pricing in the market so we can propose a marketing strategy.
Our main objective is to maximise your earnings by making your property competitive in the market place. By presenting your property as a top listing we are able to generate a consistent income whilst achieving optimum pricing, depending on variable factors such as seasons, supply and holiday periods.
We analyse the overall earnings for the year rather than a weekly value as your best indicator of annual revenue, eg; your property may earn potentially double in Summer what it earns in Winter due to supply and demand or other factors so we are able to average out what you should be earning for the year based on changes in seasonal and holiday pricing.
What To Expect
After our initial meeting and agreement, we organise to have the property listed on Airbnb. We use the best professional Real Estate photographers to take quality images of your property - this is the first thing your potential guests are going to look at and many will click off a listing within seconds if they aren't impressed with what they see.
With a keen eye for detail we will make sure your images stand out from the crowd. To compliment your images and complete the Airbnb listing we comprise professional copywriting - each listing is personalised to captivate each potential guest and tell your properties unique story.
We like to personally meet and greet our guests as we believe it's important for them to have a connection with the hosts of the property and we continue to communicate with them as required during and after their stay.
